Borderline Brewing Co.

The “Borderline Brewing Company” was a fictional brewery based in Kenosha. We were assigned to design three labels for three different types of beer. Since Kenosha has a rich history of automaking (Nash, American Motors, Chrysler…) I decided to draw upon this car culture by creating three different auto-related brews.
Nailhead Red Ale is a reference to the Buick Nailhead V8, Autobrau is a German-type beer that refers to the Autobahn, and Mondello Dark is a Guinness-like stout that is based on Mondello Park, a racetrack in Ireland.
